A New Window Into the CAW Experience

Another major feature has come to life inside the CAW Concept Store.

This week, our large digital display has been installed and switched on for the first time. Positioned against the store’s tall windows, it immediately creates a powerful visual centrepiece within the space.

The display will bring movement, colour, and energy into the store through cinematic content, featured collectibles, upcoming releases, event highlights, and stories from across the collecting world.

More than just a screen, it will become part of the CAW Experience—giving collectors another way to discover the characters, creators, and worlds behind the pieces they love.

Its vibrant imagery stands out beautifully against the dark blue walls and black industrial ceiling. Together with the warm pendant lights above, we can now begin to see the atmosphere of the finished store taking shape.

There are still adjustments to complete before opening. The screen installation must be finalised, the surrounding area needs its finishing touches, and the content experience is still being prepared.

But seeing the display come alive marks another exciting milestone. With every new feature switched on, the CAW Concept Store feels less like a construction site and more like the immersive destination we imagined from the beginning.

The screen is on, and the CAW Experience is coming to life. Next, we continue adding the details that will transform this space into a destination for collectors. See you in VLOG #013.

The Bigger Picture Is Coming Together

Step by step, the CAW Concept Store is beginning to reveal its true scale.

This week, we are taking a wider look at the space. The main display structures now extend through the centre of the store, while the mezzanine rises above them, creating two distinct levels for collectors to explore.

From this view, the overall layout is becoming much easier to imagine. The central pathway will guide visitors deeper into the store, with display areas positioned on both sides to create a continuous journey through the CAW Experience.

Above, the mezzanine will become a flexible space for special events, collector gatherings, product showcases, and many more experiences that bring the community together.

The lighting is also beginning to change the atmosphere. Warm lights across the upper level now stand out against the black industrial ceiling, offering an early glimpse of the dramatic environment we are working to create.

There is still plenty of work ahead. Scaffolding remains in place, construction materials cover the floor, and many surfaces are waiting for their final finishes. But behind the temporary mess, the structure of the store is already taking shape.

What once existed only in drawings is now becoming a real destination—one designed not only to display collectibles, but also to give collectors a place to discover, connect, and share their passion.

The full scale of the CAW Experience is finally coming into view. Next, we move another step closer to bringing it all to life. See you in VLOG #012.

The Gallery Begins at the Entrance

The moment collectors step into the CAW Concept Store, the experience begins.

This week, the main entrance gallery is taking shape. Display structures now stretch along both sides of the hallway, forming the first path visitors will follow as they enter the store.

These displays will eventually be home to an incredible selection of statues and figurines. Rather than simply leading visitors from the entrance into the store, the hallway is being designed as a gallery—one that immediately surrounds collectors with the characters, stories, and craftsmanship they love.

The arrangement on both sides creates a natural journey through the space. Every step forward will reveal something new, while the open sightline draws visitors towards the heart of the store.

For now, the displays remain unfinished. Timber frames are still exposed, protective sheets cover the floor, and our construction team is working through the finer details.

Soon, lighting will bring each display to life, glass panels will complete the showcases, and the empty spaces will be filled with remarkable pieces waiting to welcome collectors.

It may still look like a construction site today, but the vision is becoming clearer: this will not be just an entrance. It will be the opening chapter of the CAW Experience.

The gallery is taking shape. Soon, every step inside will reveal something extraordinary. See you in VLOG #011.

The Heart of the Store Takes Shape

Another major piece of the CAW Experience has finally found its place.

This week, our cashier counter was fully assembled at the centre of the store. Its curved design creates a strong visual anchor while allowing our team to welcome and assist collectors from every direction.

Although much of the counter remains covered and protected during construction, its overall shape and presence can now be clearly seen. What previously existed only in our plans and 3D drawings has become a real, physical part of the space.

The counter was designed to be more than just a place for transactions. It will serve as the main point of connection between our team and every collector who walks through the doors.

Around it, the timber structures for the display areas continue to take shape. Together, these elements are beginning to define how visitors will move through and experience the store.

There is still work to be done before the counter is ready. Its protective wrapping must be removed, the finishing touches completed, and the surrounding lighting and equipment installed.

Even in its unfinished state, this feels like an important milestone. The heart of the CAW Concept Store is now standing, and the space is beginning to feel less like a construction site and more like the experience we have been working towards.

The counter is assembled. The heart of the store is taking shape. See you in VLOG #010.

Building Against the Blue

Slowly but surely, the empty space is beginning to develop an identity of its own.

One of the most noticeable changes this week is the arrival of CAW's signature blue across the interior walls. What was once a bare construction site now feels bolder, deeper, and much closer to the atmosphere we originally imagined.

Along the windows, a new timber framework is also beginning to take shape. These structures will eventually form part of the built-in display areas that run across the length of the space.

For now, we can still see every individual piece of timber, every measurement, and every unfinished section. But together, they are already beginning to reveal the layout that will one day hold and showcase the collection.

The placement beneath the windows was carefully considered. Natural light enters from above while the displays remain positioned at a comfortable viewing level, allowing the collectibles to become part of the architecture itself.

There is still plenty of work ahead. The framework must be completed, the surfaces installed, and the lighting integrated before these structures resemble the finished displays.

But this is an important stage in the journey. The walls now carry our colour, and the first physical outlines of the CAW Experience are finally emerging.

The colour is on the walls. The framework is taking shape. See you in VLOG #009.

Choosing the Right Light

Sometimes, the smallest decisions can make the biggest difference.

Today, we found ourselves facing a new dilemma: which lighting colour should we use inside our display cabinets?

We tested two options side by side. The cooler white light creates a clean, bright, and modern appearance, bringing out sharper details and making every colour feel more vivid. The warmer light, on the other hand, creates a softer and more premium atmosphere, giving the display a welcoming, gallery-like glow.

Both options look good, but each one changes the character of the collectibles placed beneath it. A different lighting temperature can affect how colours, textures, paint finishes, and even the smallest details are seen.

Choosing the right lighting is not simply about making the cabinets brighter. It is about creating the right stage for every collectible and deciding how we want visitors to feel when they first see the displays.

Cool and striking, or warm and inviting? It may seem like a small detail, but these are the decisions that will eventually shape the overall atmosphere of CAW Experience.

For now, the testing continues. We are comparing both options carefully before deciding which light will finally illuminate the collection.

Two different lights. Two different moods. One important decision. See you in VLOG #008.

A New Foundation Underfoot

Every space begins to feel different from the ground up.

This week, the installation of our new SPC flooring officially began. After weeks of hacking, levelling, and preparing the surface, the raw concrete floor is gradually being covered with its final finish.

Piece by piece, the wood-look flooring is making its way across the outlet. What once felt cold, dusty, and unfinished is slowly becoming warmer, cleaner, and much closer to the space we first imagined.

There is still plenty of work ahead. Stacks of flooring remain around the outlet, tools are still scattered across the space, and several areas are waiting for their turn. But for the first time, we can begin to see how the different sections of CAW Experience will eventually come together.

Flooring may seem like a simple part of the renovation, but it changes the entire character of a space. It creates the foundation for the displays, the walkways, and every future moment our visitors will experience here.

With every new plank installed, another piece of the construction site begins to disappear. In its place, the future CAW Experience is slowly starting to emerge.

The foundation is being laid. The vision is becoming clearer. See you in VLOG #007.

Building More Than a Store

Walls can be built with concrete. But an unforgettable experience is built by people.

While the renovation continues behind the hoarding boards, another important milestone quietly began today. We officially started looking for the people who will bring CAW Experience to life.

Our hiring posters are now up, inviting passionate individuals to become part of something that is still taking shape. Right now, the outlet may still be surrounded by construction, but every great opening begins with assembling the right team long before the doors ever open.

We are searching for people who enjoy connecting with collectors, sharing the excitement of new arrivals, and helping every visitor discover something they'll remember. Skills can be learned, but passion is what creates truly memorable experiences.

Every application marks another small step towards opening day. Each new team member will help shape the atmosphere, the service, and the community that CAW Experience hopes to build from day one.

The renovation is transforming the space. Now, we're beginning to build the people behind it. Piece by piece, the vision is becoming more than just walls and displays — it's becoming a team.

The space is taking shape. The team is coming together. See you in VLOG #006.

Opening Up the Space

Sometimes, the biggest changes begin by taking everything back to its bare structure.

This week, the renovation moved upward to the mezzanine floor. The team tore down the existing walls, removing the enclosed sections that once divided the upper level and revealing a much more open view of the entire space.

The old railings along the mezzanine floor and staircase have also been removed. Without them, the outlet now looks raw, exposed, and completely different from the space we first stepped into.

At this stage, it may seem as though more is disappearing than being built. But every wall and railing removed has a purpose. We are clearing away the limitations of the old layout so that a new experience can take shape without compromise.

From the ground floor, we can now see how the two levels will eventually connect. The openness gives us a clearer sense of the outlet's scale and allows us to begin imagining how visitors will move, explore, and discover what awaits on every level.

The space is still filled with exposed concrete, loose wiring, temporary lights, and the marks left behind by demolition. It is far from finished, but for the first time, the true potential of the interior is beginning to reveal itself.

Before we can add the details that will define CAW Experience, we first have to create the freedom to build them.

The barriers are coming down. The vision is opening up. See you in VLOG #005.

The First Sign Has Appeared

Today, the space finally started to feel real from the outside.

The hoarding board is now up, wrapping the outlet in CAW blue and giving everyone passing by their first little glimpse of what is coming soon.

Behind the board, the renovation continues. But on the outside, the story has already begun — a covered reveal, a familiar mascot, and a small teaser of the experience we are building.

It is still not the full picture. Not yet. But this is the first moment where CAW Experience begins to show itself to the world.

Every day, the empty space becomes less empty. Every update brings us closer to September 2026.

The curtain is up. The reveal is getting closer. See you in VLOG #004.

Making Way for Something New

Every transformation begins by letting go of what was there before.

This week, the renovation officially moved into its first major phase. The old carpet has been completely removed, and the team has started hacking away the existing floor to prepare a brand new foundation.

It may not look like much yet. In fact, it probably looks messier than ever. Dust fills the air, tools are scattered everywhere, and the quiet space we showed you in VLOG #001 has now become an active construction site.

But every broken tile, every wheelbarrow of debris, and every section of freshly levelled flooring brings us one step closer to what we have been imagining for months.

Most people only see the finished store. We wanted you to see everything that happens before that — the hard work, the preparation, and the countless little details that usually go unnoticed.

There is still a long road ahead. Walls will change, lighting will come to life, fixtures will arrive, and little by little, this empty space will begin to reveal its true character.

One layer removed. One step closer. See you in VLOG #003.

Before Everything Changed

Before the noise, before the tools, before the first piece of work began, there was only this empty space.

On 25 June 2026, we stood here for one last quiet moment before renovation officially started. At first glance, it may look plain — bare walls, open floors, and nothing much to see. But for us, this was the beginning of something much bigger.

We are not ready to reveal everything yet. Not the final look, not the full concept, and not all the surprises we have planned. For now, we want to bring you behind the scenes, one small step at a time.

From this empty space, a new experience will slowly take shape. And if you follow along, you will get to see the transformation happen with us.

The journey starts here. See you in VLOG #002.

The Search for The Right Space

Every journey starts long before the first step.

Finding the right space for what we had in mind was not easy. We visited many places, had countless discussions, compared different options, and weighed every possibility.

We were not just looking for a location. We were looking for a space that felt right — one that carried potential, character, and the ability to grow with us.

Then one day, we walked in here. The light, the high ceilings, the open layout — something just clicked.

It was not perfect, but we saw the potential. We looked at each other and knew: this is it.

This is where the next chapter begins. This is our space. This is where the transformation will happen.

Fell in love at first sight. See you in VLOG #001.
